Why is my Paypal payment unclaimed?
This is usually due to misspelled account names. Just cancel and resubmit payment to correct address. See above.
We ship most orders within 2-3 business days. We ship Monday-Friday and are closed weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation and can be tracked online. International orders are shipped once weekly due to the extra time and labor involved with the USPS/Customs. Please allow 15-20 days for delivery after electronic payment before contacting us to track your order. If you mail in your payment please allow 25 days.
What if I receive the wrong item?
We do our best to ensure that the correct items go out to the customer but occasionally mistakes are made. If you receive the wrong title please return it to us with a brief note. We will replace the item and refund your return postage.
What if I my order is damaged in transit?
We ship orders in heavy LP boxes and the best quality bubble wrap padded mailers. We try to make sure that all items arrive in good condition. That said the carriers occasionally trash a package for no good reason. We offer insurance for $2.20. We will replace any item damaged in transit that has insurance but we can not be responsible for items that are not insured.
